Is This Dosage Of Trazadone Advisable For Sleeplessness?

I take levadopa-carbadopa for Parkinson's Disease and can only sleep 5-6 hours at night. I usually get up and go to the bathroom and then go back to bed but can not fall asleep. I have been taking Trazadone (.25 ) and after visiting with my psychiatrist about my sleep pattern she suggested I take a whole tablet (.50) and see if that helps. It has not? Any suggestions? Should I be concerned!
