Is This Normal Of Getting Itching After Taking Depo-provera?
I just got my first Depo-Provera shot almost 3 days ago. I am experiencing itching, mostly around my mouth and on my face and neck. This seems odd as I received the shot nowhere near those areas. Is this normal? I can t seem to find any other information about itching after receiving this shot unless it s an allergic reaction, but 2 1/2 days after the shot seems like a long time for a reaction to start.

Inj. Depo-Provera (Medroxyprogesterone Acetate) does not cause itching. It can cause some skin rashes though.
