Is This Strep Leading To Scarlett Fever And Has Mild Rash On The Chest And Is Teething?

My 15 month old is cutting 4 molars and his eye teeth are also coming in.

On Dec 14 he had a fever of 102.2 until Dec 15.

He is VERY fussy and needy. Cries whenever I put him down even if I am sitting beside him.

Fussy eating. Doesn't want much. Yogurt and cool purée he likes.

Yesterday I noticed his tongue was coated white towards the back a bit. Thought it was yogurt. Didn't go away.

He may be getting a mild rash on his chest.

I'm worried he has strep leading to Scarlett Fever. He doesn't talk and with all his tooth stuff, it's hard to pin point.

I'm calling his doctor first thing tomorrow. Any ideas?

Hello,

White coating on tongue may be due to-improper flossing of tongue.

Please make sure that your child's tongue is cleaned daily using finger or cotton.

During teeth,child usually shows symptoms of irritation.

Teeth rings may help to solve the irritation.

Vegetables such as carrot may help in teething .
