I am a 79 yo male that underwent a quad bypass in Feb. I am finished my rehab and have joined a gym which frequent three or four times a week my workout consists on 15 min of weight lifting and stretching. Four mile on the recumbent bike, 20 reps twice on the leg push 40lbs. Two reps of twenty on the ab machine, Bach , shoulder, rowing, machines. Am I doing enough? . By the way I am insulin dependent type two diabetic have high B P
