Anesthesiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Pain in the left arm radiating downwards with nausea can be a symptom of conditions like acute angina, myocardial infarction or heart attack, cervical spondylitis, cervical disc degenerative disease, and cervical radiculopathy.

Tests advised to arrive at a specific diagnosis are ECG, 2D echocardiography, X-ray cervical spine, and MRI cervical spine. So please consult a physician as soon as possible to arrive at a specific diagnosis and for appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
