Is Thrush Contagious In Children?
My friends child who is 5 months old has thrush and is on medication. How contagious is to my 11 month old. If her child has only been taken medication for 48 hours! Also she has other children can they pass the Thrush to my child even though they don't have symptoms!

Thrush is a fungal (candida)infection.
It can spread through physical contact with the infected subject and their saliva(as of your case).
it can also occur in immuno deficiency condition and other systemic illness. individual who got poor immune system will get infected.
as your baby immune system is good chance of getting spread will be less.
baby does not having any oral thrush symptom cannot be able to spread.
