Hi
I have gone through your written complaints.
Its important to know your age and symptoms before going for a diagnosis.you are saying thymic enlargement.it is commonly seen in children, usually go off with age.some conditions are hereditory like myesthenia gravis which are associated with thymic enlargement.lymphomas also associated with thymic enlargement.symptoms depends on disease itself and few depend on pressure symptoms, due to compression over major vascular structures.if myesthenia gravis ,ptosis(upper eye lid dropping,)muscle weakness wil be there.if due to lymphoma , may present with recurrent infections, blood abnormalities and complaints like face swelling etc...so go for complete clunical examination & scanning to know the cause .
Thank you
