Is Tingling Face & Legs Related To IBS?

I originally saw a Dr. for tingling in my face, legs, and head. High BP was the cause, and I have since been on medication controlling the BP. I have also been diagnosed with IBS. I still have the tingling in the legs face and head and was wondering if there s any correlation with IBS and these symptoms?
