Is Tingling Sensation In Right Arm And Facial Numbness After Hep A Vaccination Normal?

My 18 yr old daughter had a booster vaccine HepA this morning. Tonight she has tingling on right arm and right side of face is numb, right field of vision was absent but is back, and she has a headache. Could this be a reaction to the vaccine or should we be more concerned?
