Is Tingling Sensation Normal For A Blown Vein?

Hi, was in the ear on Monday night and the nurse blew my vein in my wrist, now I can t put any weight or pressure on it without. The nerve tingling /pinching sensation shoot through my fingers.. Is this normal for a blown vein? Or has she hit a nerve?

Both is possible,but important is that it is not serious and winter leave consequances.Just apply ice and elastic bandage.
