Is Tiny Blisters On Tongue Due To Medications?

I have been experiencing a sinus problems/cold symptoms for about 10 days. I have been taking Zicam and Zrtek and using Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray. It seems to be about cleared up. I quit taking the Zicam several days ago. However, yesterday I began to have a burning sensation on my tongue. I can see cracks and what appears to be very tiny blisters on the end of my tongue. Could this be a reaction to one of the medications I have been taking? Should I get it checked?

Getting chedcked out would be recommended. The allergic reactions are generally pretty immediate so it would seem ore likely to be the ones you are still on and the zyrtec more than the prednisone.
