Is Tiredness And Lethargy Normal While Treating Dengue?

My son 15 years of age had high fever on day 1 - since his elder brother was diagnosed with Dengue fever the Dr asked for a blood test which came -Ve with a good platelet count ..his fever subsided in a day but his platelet count (asked to monitor is platelet count) varied min 135 to 170 K.after the revival from 135 to 155 K stopped testing his blood (last test 2 days back ) He is eating well and no discomfort (no abdominal pain or vomiting or blood in stools )except for feeling tired and lethargic ...is this normal or should we do another test ...if normal how long will this continue can he resume school ?? Its 8 days since the onset of fever (day 1)
