Is Tiredness, Dizziness With Aches And Pain And Chest Pain Mean Flu ?
I THOUGHT I HAVE THE FLU, BUT I RARELY EVER GET SICK. I HAVE BEEN EXTREMLEY TIRED FOR 6 DAYS, HOT AND FREEZING, DIZY/LIGHT HEADED. SOME ACHES AND PAINS. NO STOMACHE ISSUES. HAVENT EATEN. WHATS CONCEARNING ME IS I HAVE A CHEST PRESSURE THING. ITS NOT SORE, BUT AWAYS PRESENT. KIND OF LIKE THE VERY VERY START OF HEARTBURN, THAT NEVER DEVELOPS INTO HEARTBURN. I HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY MEDS. IM PHYSICALLY FIT, 35 M.

Hi,
These do appear to be the symptoms of a viral infection which may be flu. Your feeling of heartburn may be related to you you not eating.
I suggest you take paracetamol and ibuprofen for any fever and the muscle aches. Drink plenty of water and try to eat a light diet. Rest if possible.
