dear dr my LFT Total bilirubin 0.7mg/dl sgot 60 iu/l sgpt 121iu/l alkaline phosphatase 55 iu/l lipid profile cholesterol 196 mg/dl hdl 33 mg/dl ldl 146 mg/dl triglycerides 145 mg/dl hep bs negative hcv ab negative igE 603 IU/ML ESR 13 MM/1ST HOUR HB 14.6 G/DL WT U suggest me plesase give me advice

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your LFTshows slightly increased sgpt. But your bilirubin is normal. Your cholesterol levels are somewhat altered. Your HDL is lower and LDL is higher. So you should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. you can also take drugs like atorvastatin according to your doctor's advice.
