Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I can assure you that high LDH is not a problem in knee replacement . Only point of concern is cardiac health and blood pressure. So if your blood pressure is under control and there is no problem with heart then she can safely plan for knee replacement surgery.
If she is having high blood pressure or poor heart status then I would recommend you to take a cardiologist's advise and get these things treated.
