Is Travel By Train Safe For A Cardiac Patient?

My husband suffered an acute cardiac arrest in July 2015 He had successful cardiac intervention with the placement of 5 stents. We would now like to go to Machu Picchu (by train) and will spend 4 days relaxing in Cusco before. We are NOT hiking the INCA trail. Is it safe for him to go on this trip in November 2016. He is no symptons and has an Ejection Fraction of 63%. He is very fit walking 10 to 12 miles per day.

Hi he can take the trip. Make sure he takes all his medicines during travel. See your doctor a few days before the trip just to make sure everything is OK. Have a nice and safe trip :)
