Is Traveling Safe During First Trimester?

Hi Dr. I am 4weeks pregnant and I have to travel, i always get car sickness while traveling for which I take Avomine! Now would it be safe to take it since its the only medicine that suits me n lets me travel without throwing up all the way long?! Thanks in advance.

I think it is quite safe to travel at that age of the pregnancy.
You can take avomine for once without a problem and it is not a concern for your baby.
