Is Trichomonas Infection A Contagious Disease?

Today I was told I have trichomonas infection I have just started seeing a new guy and we haven t had penetrative sex yet! But we have had oral sex , he did insert his fingers in me and licked his fingers we have then kissed and I gave him oral sex unprotected , is there any chance he could have been infected?????

The trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted diesease. It can spread from person to person on sexual contact. Better to avoid the sexual act till you get cured from the disease. Getting infected from kissing is of less chance.
