Hello,

Twitching sensation in the lower right abdomen may be due to liver enlargement or fatty liver. Alcohol intake will trigger all the liver problems, cut on it. You are diagnosed with fatty liver. High SGOT, SGPT and cholesterol level. You are suggested to do regular walking of at least 2 kms. Stay adequately hydrated. Diet control is a must. Take boiled food for a few months. You can add a little olive oil. Avoid refined flour, carbs and sugars, trans fat, red meat, cheese, fatty food or fatty milk. No spicy or packaged food, no frozen or oily food.

Take fruits, veggies, whole cereals and food that is easily digestible in small amounts. Take small meals 3-4 times a day. Take adequate sleep. Maintain healthy BMI, reduce weight. Cholesterol can be reduced by regular walking, strict diet control and taking home made balanced food regularly. You can take medicines if need be. Take liver tonics & digestives to support your system. Avoid constipation. You can take laxatives at bed time. Take PPI's, one SOS when needed to prevent abdominal discomfort. Yes, you should get all blood work outs, urinalysis, imaging (X-ray, CT, MRI) tests done to assess the degree of liver damage so that you can be treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
