General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

A blood group does not have any role in the prognosis of diabetes. All you have to do is that your blood sugar level must be well controlled.

You can go for a fasting blood sugar test and add insulin or other agents to control the blood sugar. Diet with high carbohydrates must be avoided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
