My daughter 11 years old, her Widal test report as below: S. typhi O - 1:80 dilution +ve S. typhi H - 1:80 dilution +ve both A(H) and B(H) are -ve. She is having fever 102. Dear sir, is to required to get treatment for Typhoid. Kindly please advise

hi sir, welcome to HCG, i understand ur problem, yes ur daughter widal is slightly positive, no need to worry just follow the treatment for 5-7days, paracetamol 500mg thrice a day, cefixme100mg+oflaxcin 100mg twice a day, u will get good results, hope u satisfy with my answer, thank u
