Is Ultroid An Effective Treatment For Hemorrhoids?

Dear Sir, I am suffering from pain at the time of motions.To day I went to Stoppiles hospital at Hyderabad,which is specilised for piles treatment.The doctor advised me that I am having piles in the gradeII stage and with 60 degree cholelg(I am not clear ).The doctor advised that my problem will be solved by giving treatment under ULTROID HEMORRHOID MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WHICH IS USA BASED TReATMENT.THIS CAN BE DONE WITH OUT ANETHESIA AND SURGERY.THE COST OF THE TREATMENT IS AROUND RS45000/.Please advise me in this regard. whether it is safe.The website of the hospital is WWW.WWWW.WW

First I want to inform you surgery is a last opstion for hemorroid problem.
Sometimes after surgical removal it may recurre.
Mention if your piles bleed or not and other problems also.
Modifications of lifestyle and diet also helpful in piles.
Topical anti inflammatoinflammatory gel can use.
Warm sitz bath helpful to you..
Avoid spicy foods and more fatty foods.
Avoid excessive straining at toilet.
If constipation problem is present than stool softner can use.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
