Is Unani Medicines Safe To Take For Autoimmune Hepatitis?

i have autoimmune hepatitis and am being treated for 4yrs. Liver biopsy done,was on steriods and at present taking azoran and udiliv. Can i take unani medicies like mono syrup,Xliva capsule and Kabid Capsule will this help. Latest lft tests show bilirubin ok but sgpt,sgot and alkaline phosphate on higher side

Unani and Ayurvedic medicines are nice for liver disorders; hence, they can be taken for liver problems. There are many formulations available. However, nerocil (Phylanthus neruri) is a good herb to deal with hepatitis.
