Is Upper Back Pain With Mild Abdominal Pain Sign Of Miscarriage?

Hello, I'm 32 years old, 1,67 cm and i weigh 57 kg.
I'm 7 weeks pregnant and for the past 2 days Ive been experiencing upper back pain with mild abdominal pain.
Is this normal? is this a sign of a miscarriage since i had one 2 years ago.
