Is Using Silverex Cream And Gramocef Safe For Burns?

Sir my son got his right thigh and the part above his thigh burnt by hot coffee this morning, suddenly my wife moistured it by honey, then I took him to the doctor near by (mbbs ), he had given an injection, and gave the cream silverex, and antibiotic gromocef 100 mg, his age is 4.6 , is this treatment enough? Or shall I take him any other specialist. He sleeping now, this happens on today morning, I request u to reply me soon

Silverex Cream is a topical broad-spectrum antimicrobial medicine used for the treatment of minor burns, scalds, scratches, cuts, abrasions, sunburns blisters, and infected cracked skin. Gramocef -100 is a broad-spectrum oral antibiotic used to treat a variety of conditions such as urinary tract infections caused by susceptible bacteria such as throat infections, urine infection and skin infection due to burns. They are effective and safe for the treatment of burns.
