Is Vaginal Pimple With Soreness A Cause For Concern?
hi. i am 20 years old and i have a small yellow pimple above the opening of my vagina hidden behind the clitoris folds. the area below the pimple is also very red. what could my problem be? im in a very small town in east africa and the nearest gynecologist is probably in the capital. thanks

You do not need a gynaecologist if it is controlled by a few simple steps. Here are my suggestions:
+Avoid sexual contact and masturbation for the next 2 weeks
+Apply a warm compress over the region several times a day
+Take a warm shower at least twice daily
+Take several sitz bathes in a day using lukewarm water and epsom salt (if it is not available then use common salt, or you can avoid the salt altogether)
+Avoid wearing inner wear for a few days
+Do not try and pop it
Diagnosis: Batholin's cyst
