Hello.i look to be about 4 months pregnant with a positive pregnancy test.the last 2 days I have hAD Severe dierrea,when it will just fall in the water with alot of noise at one time,with a little spotting.is this a miscarriage.thank you for your help.allison jones

Diarrhea may trigger contractions of uterus. But cramps and diarrhea and spotting are signs of miscarriage. Go to your gynecologist for examination. Maybe an ultrasound should be done to see if it is related.
