Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

The ideal level of vitamin B is between 300 to 900 pg/ml. The choice of prescription relies on your doctor and I do not think I should recommend you dose without examining you. The blood level is just one part of clinical examination and it is never enough to diagnose or treat a disorder.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar,
