Is Vomikind Tablet Effective For Vomiting?
My daughter is two and half years old and she is suffering from vomiting. No loose motions and fever also. But what ever she takes little water also getting vomit. She is telling stomach pain and within two to three minutes she vomits. Is it safe to give vomikind to her for vomiting and cyclopam suspension for stomach pain. Please help me sir.

Since the child is small and there is a pain in abdomen followed by vomiting, it is wise to take her to the pediatrician for clinical evaluation and then get a proper treatment as the dosages are dependent upon the weight of the child.
Secondly, some investigations like x-ray of the abdomen in the standing position can help get a proper diagnosis.
No treatment to be given at home.
