Is Vomiting Bile, excess Saliva And Cold Flashes Normal During Recovery From Gastritis?

Hey Doctor, I was sent home 2 days ago from gastritis. However, I am still suffering from vomiting bile after meals. Recently, I started experiencing hot face and cold face flashes. Additionally, I started salivating a lot. I have been passing black stools for the past 2 days which I assume was the build up from the 4 days in and out of the hospital. Also, I have pain in the center of stomach form the sternum down? Is this normal during recovery? or should i head back?
