Is Vomiting, heartburn And Constipation Due To Any Stomach Disease?
Hi, i have had stomach problems for the last six months. It started with a constant feeling of nausea, which turned into constant vomiting for at least a month. Then it turned into very bad heartburn and some vomiting. Then it turned into heartburn and bad constipation. Now its slight heartburn, burning in the lower abdomen, constipation and terrible gas. I've had blood tests, urine tests a sonargram, xrays and an endoscopy but everything has come back okay and no Doctors seem to have any idea. I have tried different diets and cut out any bad foods but no change.
The overall abdominal symptoms that are being given here could be due to hyperacidity and dyspepsia and most of the time it is associated with infection (protozoa) If I would be a doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone once in a day with Metronidazole twice in a day for five days.
I also advise taking care in diet, like to avoid the spicy, oily food, coffee, smoking and alcohol, and last but not least to low down the stress, try some aerobic exercise too.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
