Is Warfarin Accurate Medication To Treat Headaches In Frontal Lobe After Having Had Suffered From Strokes?
I suffer from right frontal lobe severe headaches. I have a blood clot following a Stroke 2 years ago, 4 months after a pacemaker was inserted. At times since I have, what we have named Rigors. We have no idea on either. Yesterday I had a CT Angiogram again to check on why these events are still occurring, I'm on Pradaxa, 2.5 years after 2 years on warfarin . regards Rob
Warfarin is an anti clot medication to prevent further clots from causing strokes in you. Its not a headache medication. You may need to discuss your headache in detail with your neurologist and also your CT angiogram findings.
