i have a question about fasting, or to be specific ‘water fasting’, i was reading about it and some were saying “it’s not good for you” then others were saying “it has many health benefits!”. which side is right? because i wanna lose weight and ive seen people do this type of fasting and lose weight, or is they’re better ways to lose weight? other than exercising.
You have to drink enough water daily as it is required for proper body organs functioning. To reduce weight calorie burning should be more than calorie intake. For that regular one hour active gym and exercise needed like a treadmill, brisk walking etcetera. Cycling and swimming are good for weight reduction. Rule out hypothyroidism by checking serum TSH level.
