Dear sir i can understand your concern
in my opinion the symptoms what you are telling are similar to
diabetes but we need to confirm them with blood testing
in some conditions like
urinary tract infections also there might be similar picture.
since you are having positive family history you need to know thing about diabetes in a detailed way to prevent diabetes.this is called diabetes education.
i would like to tell you regarding diagnostic criteria of diabetes ,
i suggest you to check a test called Hba1c% for better analysis of the condition
Hba1c% greater than 6.5% is considered as diabetes.
i would like to tell you regarding diagnostic criteria of diabetes
the diagnosis of diabetes requires one of the following:
• A fasting glucose ≥ 126 mg/dL;
• A
hemoglobin A1c level ≥ 6.5%;
• A random glucose level > 200 mg/dL in a markedly symptomatic patient(symptoms like increased urination,thirst,
weight loss,
blurred vision and non healing ulcers.
daily exercise for 45min and control diet.
meet a dietitian for better advice.
Since you have a positive family history also you should be very careful.
hope this explains
regards
