Is Weaning Off Contraceptive Pill Making Me Dizzy?

Hi I am 24 years old and every now and again when I eat I go dizzy and light headed. Only when I eat. I also suffer from panic attacks and this has started to happen more often than normal also whilst eating (only used to have panic attacks when hot/rushing around).

I have recently come off my contraceptive pill but the dizzy spells were happening before this and panic attack I have had for years.
