Is Weed Smoke Harmful For A 8 Months Old Child?
A neigbours partner smokes weed with their 8 month baby in the room, Is this harmful as she had to take baby up A&E wwhere she had to go on oxygen mask? Although I don't know if it was anything to do with him smoking weed, it has made me think of the baby quite a lot now. Should I report this also as it is only through word of mouth I have got to hear of it?
