Is White Area During Burn Wound Healing Normal?
My dad has what seems to be second degree burn from muffler on motorcycle. It's day five, the blisters are gone now and wound is mostly red and weepy. My only concern is there is a small whitish part in the center of the red. The whitish part when closely looked at had tiny red spots in it. Is the white part normal?

It seems that there might be slough formation giving rise white part.
this is normal and indicates infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicines course.
Go for regular dressing with proper cleaning the part.
