Suggest Treatment For Wound Healing

Hello Doctor, last week i met with an accident and doctor prescribed T-bact ointment but it was not helpful. Later another Ortho specialist advised to apply, Merbromin solution(Mercurochrome) which is not available in Tamilnadu. Kindly advice the suitable ointment for the wound to heal soon Wound in Right leg knee

Hi,
Any antibiotic cream will be helpful.
T-bact is good cream but apply after proper cleaning.
If there is marked infection then you might require to go for one oral antibiotic medicine course for 3 days to cure infection.
