Hello Welcomein H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding sinus infection and dizziness. Tough your sinus problem is quite old and you had been operated for the same also. Recently you had been advicd forX-Ray. Here would like to say that recurrence o sinusitis is quite common, and whenever there is sinus infection post nasal drip is quite common and this in turn give rise to throat infection. Now this sore throat causes obstruction of eustachian tube as well as gives direct way to infection to reach the ear thus Labyrnthitis may develop and patirnt feels unsteadyness. Probably you may be having similar pathology therefore your doctor had advice you for x-ray. Here my suggesstion is that c.t.scan paranasal sinuses gives much better information about sinuses than x-ray.
