Is Yeast Infection Contagious?

Yes, I am wondering if my husband can get a yeast infection on his own. Because I have one and am treating it. The reason Im asking is because we have not had sexual intercourse for 2 months, and I just recently got the yeast infection about a week ago. I think I got the yeast from too much stress, sugar, and coffee. Could the husband also get a yeast infection from stress, sugar, etc.?

it is contagious. hecan get infection of his own.too much sugar coffee and stress will not give rise to yeast infection bad hygine can give rise to infection. take antifungal douching and pessaries. if does not respond then gofor antifungal msystemic antibiotic.husband should mantain good sanitation and hygine.should not touch infected linen.
