Is Yeast Infection Related With White Bumps On Outer Labia And Cloudy Vaginal Discharge?

I have a small cluster of 3 little white bumps on my labia on the outer part, I put alcohol on it and peroxide and it made iti burn slightly and made the white part noticeably. I also have thick cloudy white discharge with a slight odor? Is it possible it is a yeast infection or a STI?
