Is Yellow Discharge From Anus Caused Due To Healing Hemorrhoid?

Just today I have had this yellow, oily liquid discharging from my anus. On toilet paper it looks bright yellow, and in the toilet it looks more orange and does not mix with the water. It has a very strong and strange smell, not like feces and not like urine. I can't tell, but I think its a continuous leaking and not just when I go to the bathroom. Before this happened and yesterday my feces was a little runny but not diarrhea status. I have had trouble with a healing hemorrhoid, at least I believe it was a hemorrhoid because a few weeks ago, a week straight whenever I went number 2 there was a massive amount of blood and it hurt extremely bad. Since then the pain has been lessening since using a hemorrhoid cream. So is it possible this yellow discharge could be coming from the hemorrhoid if it got infected? Or is there something else causing it?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have haemorrhoids and noticed passing yellowish discharge from anus recently.

The yellowish discharge is excessive secretion of inflammed mucosal glands located in anus and not from the Haemorrhoids.

Please consult qualified General surgeon for clinical and proctoscopic examination to determine grade of haemorrhoids.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical anaesthetic ointment like Nuprrcainal
for local application..

.You may need either band ligation or Haemorrhoidectomy depending upon the degree of Haemorrhoids.
