Is Yellow Lumpy Stools Normal In Infants?

Hi doc

I have a baby girl..she is now 12 weeks old, she was 1 week premature…I breastfed up until a month ago,I then put her on nan no.1 but she did not agree her tummy ran a lot at 1 time I then put her on isomil and she seemed to be coping with it but now the past week she been passing stools almost after every bottle feed

The stools passed after every feed is due to gastrocolic reflex which is common,
if the child is gaining good weight and showing health signs of development then do not worry. thank you.
