Is Zero Lactose Food Advisable For An Infant?

Hello doctor my daughter is 4 n 1/2 month old doc said to give zero lac as she s allergic to lactose is it good or bad n should I start when ever I gv her feed she passes green colour stool so doc said to reduce breast feedin n gv zero lac is it rite

I really appreciate your concern, it is good what the doctor suggested (Zero lac) green stool is not due to any disease but it is normal one and will come around soon if this is continue then it needs to be ruled out for viral infection hope this information helps.
