Isolated Pain In Testicle, No Nausea. Could It Be Testicular Torsion?

I have an isolated pain in my left testicle that has lasted for 2 days now. it isn t a severe pain, and I can touch the testicle and it doesn t result in any kind of pain increase. I am worried it could be testicular torsion , but from my reading many say I would be experiencing severe pain, nausea , etc, none of which I have yet encountered.

Hello Thanks for your query.Based on the fact you have stated pain in your left testicle could be due to mild orchitis or varicocele.as regards your doubts about Torsion of the testis i would like to state that torsion of the testis is always associated with severe unbearable pain all over the abdomen ,Vomiting and Testis gets swollen and very painful to touch .Please consult some surgeon for clinical examination to rule out varicocele or Orchitis.Do not worry There is nothing serious about it
