It Had Left Flank And Lower Abdomen Discomfort For A

It had left flank and lower abdomen discomfort for a couple of years now. I had uterine polyps removed last summer and that seemed to help but the pain has come back again and is radiating up my lower left flank. It's uncomfortable to sit for periods of time and I feel nauseous a lot. I bloat a lot and feel full quickly. Sometimes I wake with a big bloated tummy and then the next day it's gone. Sometimes i get a terrible swollen feeling in my left ovary area that is very uncomfortable. Heat helps and standing helps. It feels as if a large amount of pressure is being pushed on my left side and when I bend over to touch my toes I could feel a slight bump on my back on my left side like a cyst or something. It's uncomfortable to push on it. No fever. Home urine tests show nothing abnormal. Discomfort gets worse as pms sets in. Periods are fairly regular.
