It is midnight 1.05 I am experiencing pain above stomach and right below chest in the center point it started at 7.30pm evening I went to my family doctore at9.30pm he cheaked my bp was 140/88 he advise to take ecg 10.30 I went to small primary heart hospital egg was perform it was normal he gave me injection it through wain on my left hand may be to reduce pain or it may be anta acid pain disappear I came back home at 11.15 pm I had little dinner and gone to sleep at mid night at 1 am again pain started some time it is sever and some time mild I have no other Simpson sweeting or breathing heavy and short of breath but I feel uneasy and blowing gas from mouth
