It was hot outside but I was in an air conditioned car driving on a road. I suddenly felt extreme dizziness and tried to pull over. The next thing I knew I was in the ditch and did not know how I got there. I recovered and drove to my friends house. When I got home I checked my blood glucose level on my husbands meter and it was 99. I had been shopping from 10 am until 3 pm when this happened and had not eaten anything and was on my 2 no Diet Coke. What could have caused this.
