Itchiness, Rashes, Bumps On Penis, Bumps Fading Away After Some Time. Cure For Symptoms?
Hi ...! Every night i became extremely itchy my organ , and after a while of itching i noticed rashes developing where i was itching and after more itching bumps started forming around my organ, i thought they were just from the itching since after a while of not itching they started to fade and this morning were completely gone.

Most likely it looks to be mix infection.
Take proper local care,use medicated soap to clean.Don't wear tight under garment.
Take levocetrizine for itching,NSAID to subside inflammation.
Local anti fungal,anti bacterial,steroid cream will be helpful.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Get examined by your physician and start treatment accordingly.
