Itching And Burning Around Anus. No Worms In Stool. Reason?
Umm. Hey. Excuse my bad english it is not my first language.
I am having an itch above my anus and sometimes the anus itself burns.. its been a year or more and I don't want to consult a doctor about it in real life... I tried but I couldn't lol.
I thought its worms so I went to test my poop at some specialized centre and the results for worms existence is negative. completely negative. So why the hell does my anus burns sometimes and sometimes not. Also, above the anus point like by 5 cm it itches like from the inside for a whole damn year or even more. Please tell me what the heck is that.
the worn that causes anal itch temporarily leaves in the anus when it comes to lay its eggs. The test used in search of such a worm is different from the routine stool test. A test known as scotch test is used particularly for this purpose.
There are other possible causes of anal itch including poor cleaning, or ulcerations while cleaning etc.
It would be necessary to meet a doctor for detail examination to rule out anal problems.
Meanwhile; - exercise good anal hygiene, - use a soft toilet tissue to clean - avoid scratching - and get a treatment for worms irrespective whether the stool test was negative.
